h. A written notification of work schedules shall be <br /> provided to the County by the applicant prior to any <br /> grading or excavation. (Planning Title Section 9- <br /> 2224. {j }) <br /> i. At the completion of the grading, the applicant shall <br /> have a registered civil engineer or licensed land <br /> surveyor compare the excavation's final elevations with <br /> the approved permit. The engineer or surveyor shall <br /> submit a certified, written finding to the Planning <br /> Division which states and documents the compliance or <br /> non-compliance of the excavation with all of the <br /> conditions of the approved permit, including <br /> documentation that leaching and fertilization has been <br /> completed per the laboratory recommendations submitted by <br /> applicant. (Section 9-2224) <br /> j . The excavation shall be completed prior to August 25, <br /> 1994 . <br /> k. To insure that the excavation is completed in conformance <br /> with the approved permit, the operator shall secure a <br /> performance bond or other financial security sufficient <br /> to cover the cost of rehabilitation of the site for <br /> agricultural use. The form of the bond or other <br /> financial security shall be found acceptable by County <br /> Counsel. (Section 9-2224) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. Excavations shall not cause health or sanitary hazards <br /> and shall not create conditions which will cause the <br /> breeding or increase of mosquitos, rodents, or other <br /> pests. (Section 9-2224) <br /> 3. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. No excavation will be allowed within 25 feet of the <br /> future right-of-way width of 50 feet. (Section 9-2224) <br />
