Fry Property
Page 4
VII CONCLUSION
{ Based on the results of the percolation tests, the soil profile holes, and the performance of 4
the septic systems on and around the subject property, it is our opinion that the subject property {
should be suitable for continued use of the septic systems on the proposed parcel 1 and parcel 2.
Any proposed changes or additions to the existing systems should be properly designed and installed
' according to current San Joaquin County criteria.
Based on the depth to ground water and the size of the proposed parcel split,it is our opinion
that the operation of the existing septic systems,if properly maintained, should not adversely affect
the quality of the ground water in the area.
VIII LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing
and proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed
at the time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the
test holes and percolation test's results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general
area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions
proposed in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This warranty
is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test findings and statements of
professional opinion do not constitute a guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied.
Very truly yours,
{ FESS
ANCf.l, NEIL O.
