File No. 20-3514-01 k" KLEIN FELDER
September 11, 1991
2 . Observation of foundation excavations prior to
placement of reinforcing steel.
3 . Consultation as required during construction.
The above listed testing and observations would be additional
services provided by our firm. The costs for these services are
not included in our current fee arrangements.
- LIMITATIONS
1. The conclusions and recommendations of this report are for
design purposes for the Scott/Johnson parcel split project
as described in the text of this report. The conclusions
and recommendations in this report are invalid if:
a. The assumed design loads change.
b. The report is used for adjacent or other property.
C. The ADDITIONAL SERVICES section of this report is
not followed.
d. Changes of grades and/or groundwater occur between
the issuance of this report and construction.
e. Any other change is implemented which materially
alters the project from that proposed at the time
this report was prepared.
- 2 . The conclusions and recommendations in this report are based
on the field explorations performed for this investigation.
It is possible that variations in the soil conditions could
exist between or beyond the points of exploration, or the
groundwater conditions may change, both of which may require
additional investigations, consultation and possible design
revisions.
3 . This report was prepared in accordance with the generally
accepted standard of practice which existed in San Joaquin
County at the time the report was written. No warranty,
expressed or implied, is made.
4 . It is the CLIENT'S responsibility to see that all parties to
the project, including the designer, contractor,
subcontractor, etc. , are made aware of this report in its
entirety.
Copyright 1991 Kleinfelder, Inc.
