As previously stated the area has AL-5 zoning. <br /> Utilities <br /> The available utilities are electricity and telephone. The proposed new parcel will require a well <br /> and on-site septic. The present leach field should be fenced or protected from traffic and <br /> compaction. The approximate location was per the owner, owner's rep. <br /> Photographs <br /> Photographs taken on the day of the site visit(Feb. 27, 2004) show standing water in some areas <br /> and grass/pasture beginning the spring growth. Wind damage can be seen in photo#F(roof). Also <br /> an old lumber stack is visible.
