Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated July 28, 2003, was deemed <br /> incomplete by the Environmental Health Department. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an <br /> addendum shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department and received approval <br /> by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating proposed <br /> staff indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A <br /> review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
