The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The fire road (including secondary access) will be required to be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2.
