PROPER'T'Y DESCRIPTION <br /> The property covered by the subject application comprises approximately twenty (20) acres 4 <br /> located at 24740 N. Sovwles Road in Acampo, California The site is located in a portion of <br /> the southeast quarter of Section. 11, Township 4 North, Range 7 East,Mount Diablo Base and <br /> Meridian. This property is zoned.AL-5 (limited agricultural)with a General Plan designation <br /> of AL (limited agricultural). The topography of the site is generally flat. There are no <br /> significant waterways or drainage channels crossing the property. <br /> U. PURPOSE OF APPLICATION <br /> The parcel is an approximate 20-acre rectangular parcel with a house located on the northwest <br /> portion of the property along with a fenced horse coaxal and a small wooden shed with no <br /> foundation. It is planned to subdivide the parcel into three(3)5-acre parcels and me(1)4,97- <br /> acre parcel. A reduced copy of the Tentative Parcel Map is attached. <br /> M. PROP RTL HISTORY <br /> The property historically has been used as part of the homlesite currently in existence. The <br /> remaining portions of the property are imdeveloped and are not actively being used for <br /> agriculture. The house is currently on a septic .system with leach lines that sits on the north <br /> side of the residence. The well, located on the southeast side of the residence, is a dual <br /> ROBERT W.sIEurRIEO domestic/irrigation well and was drilled to approximately one hundred eighty feet (180'). <br /> founder <br /> There have been no problems with the current septic system or the wells_ The neighboring <br /> WAYN E N.WEST parcels arc also currently used for rural residence.
