(Ground Zero) has prepared this Surface and <br /> Subsurface Investigation Report on a parcel consisting of approximately 20 acres located at 24270 <br /> Sowles Road, Acampo, San Joaquin County, California. A copy.of the parcel map is included in <br /> Attachment A- <br /> 1.0 . INTRODUCTION <br /> 1.1 Purpose <br /> The purpose of this report is to identify any known potential sources of surface or subsurface a <br /> contamination caused by past or current land uses. <br /> 1.2 Limitations <br /> This assessment was performed utilizing methods and procedures consistent with good commercial <br /> or customary practices designed to conform to acceptable industry standards. The independent <br /> conclusions represent Ground Zero's best professional judgement based on the conditions that <br /> existed and the information and data available to us during the course of this assignment. Factual <br /> information regarding operations and conditions provided by the Client, owner, or their <br /> representative are assumed to be correct and complete. <br /> 1.3 Resources <br /> John Lane, California Registered Site Assessor No. 6305 conducted a site inspection on March 5, <br /> 2001. The inspection consisted of an interview with Ms. Carma Long, current occupant of the <br /> property, as well as a field inspection of the 19.97-acre parcel. A questionnaire of past and current <br /> site use and known or potential hazards was also completed and is discussed later in this report.
