The water supply well was reportedly drilled <br /> to a depth of approximately 180 feet and is used as a dual domesticlirrigation well. The date of <br /> installation is unknown, but was likely to be concurrent with construction of the residence. <br /> Although the presence of the water supply well may provide a conduit for vertical migration of <br /> surface contaminants, there is no evidence of any surface contamination at the property and no <br /> known contamination problems with the well. <br /> 4.0 RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION OR REMEDIATION <br /> Ground Zero makes no recommendations for further action at this time. However, any existing or <br /> future water supply well for domestic use should periodically be sampled and analyzed for domestic <br /> suitability. <br /> I <br /> 5.0 REPORT CERTIFICATION <br /> This Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report was performed under the direct supervision of <br /> John Lane, California Registered Environmental Assessor No. 6305. Mr. Lane has prepared this <br /> report and submits that methods and procedures employed in the development of the report conform <br /> to minimum industry standards. <br /> This assessment was performed at the Client's request utilizing methods and procedures consistent <br /> with good commercial or customary practices designed to conform to acceptable industry standards. <br /> The independent conclusions represent Ground Zero's best professional judgment based on the <br /> conditions that existed and the information and data available to us during the course of this <br /> assignment.
