PA-0600264(LA)— 19213 S. Spreckles Road, Manteca-APN 221-140-06, 07
Dear Mr. Heaton:
The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District(District) has reviewed the project referenced
above and offers the following comments:
The entire San Joaquin Valley Air Basin is designated non-attainment for ozone and particulate matter
(PM1O and PM2.5). A lot line adjustment, by itself, will not have an impact on air quality. However, the
Lot Line Application states that the adjustment in needed to "...accommodate future building". Future
developments will require additional environmental study.
District staff is available to meet with you and/or the applicant to further discuss the regulatory
requirements that are associated with this project. If you have any questions or require further
information, please call me at (559) 230-5818, or Mr. Dave Mitchell, Planning Manager, at (559) 230-
5807, and provide the reference number at the top of this letter.
Sincerely,
Jessica R.
