In some cases, the District will no longer be able to provide irrigation service <br /> 1,nless certain provisions are made to extend or relocate facilities to accommodate the newly <br /> established parcels. Further conflicts could occur if these parcels are sold or transferred to others <br /> without provisions for irrigation service. <br /> Based upon the information provided in the referral, there may a concern relative to the <br /> District's ability to continue to service the newly configured parcels. If changes in the method of <br /> irrigation are desired by owner, it is recommended that the owner contact the District, prior to the <br /> completion of the process, to determine the necessity for changes to the existing infrastructure, or <br /> easements.in order to accommodate the proposed boundary changes. The owner will need to <br /> provide information concerning any changes in the method in which the adjusted parcels will be <br /> irrigated and may need to obtain a structure permit if new connections are necessary. <br /> a <br /> P.
