The proposed project shall be subject to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Chapter 9-1605, <br /> Section 9-1605.16, "Flood Hazard Reduction: Uses and Structures within Floodways"and Section 9-1605.17, <br /> "Prohibited Uses and Structures". (Copy attached.) <br /> 3. A State Reclamation Board Permit shall be required for all work done in the Stockton Deep Water <br /> Channel's Floodway. <br /> 4. Applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP)permit from the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board prior to the beginning of any construction. <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
