Division. This system must be designed by a registered <br /> engineer. The applicant must file an application for <br /> facility permit/waste discharge with the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley <br /> Region, after the project has been approved. The appli- <br /> cation forms can be obtained from the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> 6 . If hazardous material is stored on-site, the applicant <br /> must register with the County Office of Emergency <br /> Services . <br /> 7 . If hazardous waste is generated, the applicant must <br /> obtain an EPA identification number and comply with <br /> applicable regulations . <br /> 8 . Application must be made to the San Joaquin County Air <br /> Pollution Control District for the necessary air pollu- <br /> tion permits . <br /> 9 . If proposed, submit four sets of detailed underground <br /> storage tank plans to the Environmental Health Division <br /> for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> IV. California Department of Transportation: <br /> An engineered traffic analysis of the I-5/Roth Road and <br /> I-5/Lathrop Road interchanges shall be made to determine <br /> their adequacy to accommodate the oversize loads . Any <br /> widening and improvements required as part of this analysis <br /> shall be provided by the applicant . (Note : This condition <br /> assumes that all the issues addressed in Caltrans ' memo of <br /> July 3 , 1989, are adequately covered in the Country Squire <br /> EIR. Any deficiencies in the EIR are to be covered in the <br /> project traffic analysis. ) <br /> V. San Joaquin County Airport Land Use Commission: <br /> No unpainted metal roofing materials are allowed which could <br /> cause glare to pilots using the airfield. <br /> VI . Manteca-Lathrop Fire Protection District : <br /> 1 . The project is to conform with the Uniform Fire Code <br /> standards . <br /> 2 . The project is to conform, if applicable, with the <br /> National Fire Protection Association standards. <br /> 3 . The project is to conform with the San Joaquin County <br /> Fire Sprinkler Ordinance, if applicable . <br /> 4 . Fire Department Development Fees shall be paid in accor- <br /> dance with San Joaquin County and City of Lathrop <br /> Ordinances and Resolutions adopting the fee schedule <br /> Conditions of Approval - 5 - (SA-89-45) <br />
