VAMP, <br /> ISI . Environmental Health Division: <br /> I . Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> 2 . Connection to a public sewer system is required. If <br /> public sewers are not available, approval must be <br /> granted by the Lathrop City Council to allow the <br /> installation of a sewage storage system under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division with the <br /> following conditions : <br /> a. The sewage storage and disposal system shall be <br /> approved in writing by the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board and the California <br /> Department of Health Services . <br /> b . The sewage storage system shall be designed by a <br /> registered engineer and approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> c . The 'applicant shall enter into a contract with a <br /> licensed disposal operator , and the sewage must be <br /> disposed of in an approved wastewater treatment faci- <br /> lity. <br /> d. A bond in the amount of $1 . 00 per gallon of tank <br /> capacity shall be posted with the Lathrop County <br /> Water District . <br /> e . A maximum of 80 employees is allowed. <br /> f . The facility shall connect to public sewers when they <br /> become available . <br /> g. Continued use of the facility requires the proper <br /> maintenance and use of the sewage storage and dispo- <br /> sal system. <br /> 3 . Continued use of the existing wells or septic tanks must <br /> be approved by the Environmental Health Division and the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. If <br /> any wells or septic tanks are destroyed, this shall be <br /> done under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> 4 . Refuse, garbage , and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 877 <br /> and 1481 , Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 of the California Government <br /> Code , and Title 14 , CCR. <br /> 5 . If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed <br /> through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above- <br /> ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Conditions of Approval - 4 - (SA-89-45 ) <br />
