Septic system to be designed by a registered <br /> engineer . <br /> c . Must connect to public sewers when they become <br /> available . <br /> 3 . Refuse, garZage , and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 877 <br /> and 1481 , Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 of the California Government <br /> Code, and Title 14 , CCR. <br /> 5 . If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed <br /> through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above- <br /> ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division.
