If proposed , submission of four (4 ) sets of detailed <br /> underground storage tank plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review and approval prior to beginning <br /> construction. <br /> IV. California Department of Transportation <br /> 1 . An engineered traffic analysis of the I-5/Roth and <br /> I-5/Lathrop interchanges shall be made to determine their <br /> adequacy to accommodate the oversize loads. Sharpe Army Depot <br /> 1 . An avigation and hazard easement shall be granted to the <br /> United States government by the property owner. <br /> 2 .
