6. OAKDALE IRRIGATION DISTRICT(Staff Contact: John Davids, 847-0341) <br /> a. The following signature block shall be shown on the Subdivision Map, and OID will sign the map <br /> when it complies with the requested conditions: <br /> (1) This Map has been reviewed for compliance with Oakdale Irrigation District Subdivision Final <br /> Map Policy and project approval conditions. The private irrigation cluster well which provides <br /> independent service to each of the six new parcels and which is located within an OID Grant of <br /> Access easement as shown on this map meets conditions of approval and Oakdale Irrigation <br /> District approves of the filing of this map. <br /> b. The following statement shall be shown to the subdivision map: <br /> (1) Oakdale Irrigation District is not responsible for channeling, diverting nor conveying any storm <br /> drainage that takes place in this subdivision. <br /> c. The required cluster well for the private irrigation system shall be located in the northeast corner of <br /> the project site, and located in the center of a twenty(20) foot by twenty (20) foot OID Grant of <br /> Access easement contiguous to the west right of way line of Steinegul Road. This easement shall <br /> be recorded in the office of the San Joaquin County Recorder and the Instrument Number for the <br /> document shall be noted on the Final Map prior to OID signing off on the project. <br /> d. The Developer shall provide private irrigation easements for said properties to insure that existing <br /> downstream users can have access to irrigation water and can irrigate or continue to irrigate. <br /> e.
