Steinegul Road, Escalon <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be <br /> performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study addressing the cow manure <br /> per acre ratio and the number of septic systems is required and a review fee of$390.00 must <br /> be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. This must be done prior to <br /> issuance of building permits. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromocbloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1115.7) <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title S�0on 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
