SA-98-59 <br /> Page 2 <br /> D. Submit three (3) sets of building plans for review and approval to the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to issuance of building permits. Plans shall include the design of the entire <br /> dairy facility (milking barn, corrals, free stall housing, shelter sheds, dry cow facilities, calf <br /> barns, and waste water ponds); California Food and Agricultural Code, Division 15, Chapter <br /> 5, Article 2, Section 33481-33487. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of <br /> submittal. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> E. All liquid and solid dairy wastes from this operation are to be retained on the premises so as <br /> not to cause a nuisance or a heath problem (Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, <br /> Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 13260-13263). Any complaints that are verified against this site <br /> will be charged the Environmental Health Division hourly rate for response and correction as <br /> per the Board of Supervisor's Resolution B92-1591. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> F. The number of dairy animals per acre shall not exceed an amount that would preclude good <br /> waste management practices. Applicant is to contact the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board regarding filing a Waste Management Report to be approved by <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board and the Environmental Health <br /> Division (Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 13260- <br /> 13263). <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> (X) <br />
