All related development structures such as wells, leachfields, etc. will have to comply with the
published "distance" requirements from applicable objects. The leachfield and sump/pit areas must
be protected from flooding. A 100%standby replacement area must be incorporated into leachfield
and sump/pit design.
Although the test results indicate exceptional hydraulic conductivity within the sand strata, the
calculated design parameters should be adhered to because of eventual biomat formation. The
proposed septic system design will help ensure stability and guard against failure. Biomat
formation will ultimately reduce the acceptance rate of the sand strata to approximately 0.5
gals/sq ft/day and 0.1 gals/sq ft/day in the leachfield trenches, based upon scientific studies.
[7] LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this Soil Suitability Study are based upon current scientific information, the
results of the percolation and related testing, and the highest anticipated depth to groundwater. The
percolation test results can only be assumed to be representative of the subsurface conditions
encountered in the area of testing.
It is our opinion that the findings included in this Study are a reasonable assessment and projection
of the current subject property conditions. This opinion cannot constitute a guarantee or warranty,
either expressed or implied.
Respectfully submitted,
VALLEY AG RESEARCH ``40a'C11, ,4
No. 04675
*1 Expires: 3e•
Don Chesney, R.E.A. a
op C 1,fY 4-4
4
vadzy Ag 9?sasearch
