A and B; 11.53 & 10.71Acres,respectively--6 <br /> Depth Type Plasticity Shrink-Swell Permeability % C1ay <br /> Index In./Hour <br /> 0" to 16"Loamy Sand NP Moderate 0.2 to 0.6 30 -40 <br /> 16"to 26"Loamy Sand, <br /> Loamy Fine Sand NP High 0.06 to 0.2 35 - 50 <br /> 26"to 60" Sand,Loamy Sand, NP High 0.06 to 0.2 35 -50 <br /> Fine Sand <br /> The types of soils found at various depths below the ground surface to a <br /> maximum depth of one hundred twelve (112) feet in establishing a domestic well on the <br /> subject property are shown on the attached "Well Driller's log. <br /> Groundwater Elevation The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water <br /> Conservation Map entitled"Lines Of Equal Depth To Water Wells", dated Spring 1998, <br /> shows the water table to be in excess of sixty(60) feet below the ground surface. <br /> During drilling operations conducted on 08/01/55 and 08/02/55 to establish a <br /> domestic well on the subject property, ground water was encountered at a depth of fifty <br /> (50)feet below the ground surface as shown on the attached"Well Driller's Log". <br /> Septic System Analysis: Existing San Joaquin County records of septic system permits <br /> in the immediate area of the subject property as well as the area in the immediate vicinity <br /> of the subject property were reviewed. A total of twelve(12) septic permits were <br /> reviewed and three of them were for the subject property. <br /> The three(3) septic permits found for the subject property consisted of two (2) <br /> permits for constructing leach lines varying in lengths from 25' to 40' with sumps at their <br /> ends and the remaining one was for an additional 25' long leach line with a 4'x 8'x 10' <br /> sump at its end. <br /> One of the off-premise permits was for three (3)40' long leach lines with a 3' <br /> diameter and 25' deep pits at their ends..The remaining eight(8)off-premise permits <br /> were for leach lines varying in lengths from 40' to 75' in length with sumps at their ends. <br /> Three of the off-premise permits listed the soil as sandy-clay. Three other off- <br /> premise permits listed the soil as clay loam. Another listed the soil as hardpan and one <br /> other listed the soil as sandy loam.
