Well <br /> water sampling and testing for chemical concentrations is the responsibility of the property owner who will <br /> submit this information separate and apart from this Soil Suitability Study". <br /> Recommendations: Because of the variety of soils encountered on the subject property, <br /> the noted high clay content in the excavated areas and the careful selection needed to <br /> formally test the soils on the subject property, sump systems or 12,000 square feet <br /> minimum usable disposal areas plus pits are recommended for both Parcels A and B. <br />
