Stewart Street, Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On March 3, 2003, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved a <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions application for SA-01-29 subject to the enclosed Revised Conditions of <br /> Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$295.00. The <br /> 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on March 13, 2003. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the <br /> appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval by May 2, 2006, the <br /> expiration date of Phase II of your project.
