The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s)shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each entrance <br /> or visible from each space(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> Provide one van parking space. <br /> Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24) Uniform <br /> Plumbing Code,Table 4-1. <br /> UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of Appendix III-A and <br /> III-B of the California Fire Code. <br /> Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code and the <br /> appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code and the <br /> California Electrical Code. <br /> Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's instructions. <br /> Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 10-1 of <br /> Volume 2. <br /> A complete review at building at building submittal will require compliance with applicable codes <br /> and ordinances. <br /> RG:vb <br /> PA0200279 <br /> C: Donald and Sherri Hudson <br /> Steve Kessler and Jason Holmes <br />
