Sutro Avenue APN: 143-140-24 and 38 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Sutro Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to Surveyor's office for review.)
