Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department records show an expired permit (492-0501) for a <br /> septic tank destruction dated March 16, 1992, that was never inspected. This septic <br /> shall be destroyed under a new permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to recordation of deed or record of survey. <br />
