SUTRO AVENUE (APN 143-140-24 & 38) PA-0400660 (LA) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and <br /> offers the following comments as a matter of information for the applicant: <br /> 1. Upon further development, should San Joaquin County require this site to be served <br /> by City of Stockton Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use <br /> is consistent with the City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to <br /> apply for a City of Stockton Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to <br /> annex to the City of Stockton, or sign a deferred annexation agreement if the <br /> property is not deemed contiguous to the City, and pay the applicable fees. Further, <br /> the owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of <br /> any sewer lateral(s) to serve this project, as required, to meet City standards. <br /> 2. All off-site improvements shall conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and <br /> Specifications. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
