b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standard R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1145.5) <br /> c. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. Submit three sets of detailed kennel construction plans to the Environmental Health Division for <br /> review prior to construction. The Environmental Health Division has specific requirements for kennel <br /> construction. A plan check fee of$156.00 will be required at the time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. Kennels are subject to a yearly permit,a fee, and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> c. A convenientwater supply and waste water disposal systems that meet the requirements of the <br /> Environmental Health Division shall be available for washing food preparation equipment and <br /> bathing of animals,as well as washing down shelters and pens or dog runs. <br /> d. All liquid and solid wastes and vector problems associated with this kennel operation are to be <br /> retained on the premises so as to not cause a nuisance or a health problem. Any complaints that are <br /> verified against this site will be charged the Environmental Health Division's hourly rate of$78.00 for <br /> response and correction,per Board of Supervisors Resolution B-92-1591. <br /> Conditions of Approval -2 - SA-99-65 <br />
