Heagarty, a landowner immediately adjacent <br /> to the subject property seeking "a site approval application for a-private right-of- <br /> way for six lotsin an antiquated subdivision"by way of pending application 1 <br /> number PA-02-465. ; <br /> I would like to thank you for taking the time to speak with me regarding the above <br /> referenced application, and for providing a copy of the initial study regarding said <br /> application. <br /> My client has a genuine concern regarding the proposed private road, which I <br /> believe can be addressed as a condition of approval of the application. <br /> The natural drainage course allows water from my client's property and properties <br /> to her west, to flow in a south easterly direction across my client's property, onto <br /> the subject parcel, where it collects in the cherry orchard where a terminal drain <br /> basin is located. <br /> I am informed by applicant Monte Seibel, that the shoulder of the proposed road <br /> will include a drainage feature, even though the plan does not detail same, to <br /> permit the waterto traverse along.the road to the existing catch basin on the <br /> subject parcel. I'am informed further that the existing catch basin is to remain. <br />
