f a November 4, 2002 Page 2 Based upon the foregoing, it appears as thought the applicant has given consideration to the water course and drainage issue of which my client is concerned, and"intends unofficially, to address those issues by way of the drainage feature and catch basin components referred to above. By this letter, we are asking that the approval of the pending application be conditioned as follows: I. That the roadway grade remain consistent with the present grade so as not to interfere with the natural drainage course, and that said grade be part of the approved design of the road. ; I 2. That the'drainage feature envisioned by the applicant to permit water to traverseI�along the roadway to the terminal basin be part of the approved � design of the road. i i' 3. That the,:,utilization of the existing catch basin on the subject property be part of the approved design of the road. Since each of the requested conditions above were, according to the applicant, to be included in the actual construction of the road, there should be no hardship in making these requested conditions official requirements to be included in the 3 approved design and construction of the road. i. My client's other concern was that she not cause a delay in the approval and construction of the project. By this letter, I am confirming that you have advised me that a request of our nature will not delay the approval process, thereby k eliminating our concern in this regard. I trust that all concerned realize that my client is not attempting to interfere with the project, but is merely attempting to make official, that which the applicant intends to do with regard to my client's concern as stated above.
