State Route 12 Highway, Lodi) <br /> ACTION: On October 31, 2014, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> PA-1100015 revisions subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. Appeals must <br /> be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $353.00. The 10-day appeal period <br /> ends at 4:30 p.m. on November 10, 2014. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period will expire on <br /> the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months (by May <br /> 9, 2016).
