2. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT: (Staff Contact: Lt. Tom Desmarais Lt. Phil George, [209] 468-4150) a) Live Entertainment, including but not limited to D.J., Band, Dancing, or Competitions; occurring Monday through Thursday will ensure a minimum of 3 uniformed security personnel who shall be hired for the sole purpose of providing security, one of which will be responsible at the location of the entrance to check identification. Any live entertainment on the patio shall require 2 additional uniformed security personnel, for a total of 5 security officers. b) Live Entertainment, including but not limited to D.J., Band, Dancing, or Competitions; occurring on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday; will ensure a minimum of 4 uniformed security personnel who shall be hired for the sole purpose of providing security, two of which will be responsible at the location of the entrance to check identification. Any live entertainment on the patio shall require 2 additional uniformed security personnel, for a total of 6 security officers. c) Live Entertainment, including but not limited to D.J.. Band, Dancing, or Competitions; occurring on Memorial Day Holiday, 4`h of July Holiday, and Labor Day Holiday including the actual day of the holiday and weekend; will ensure a minimum of 6, uniformed security personnel who shall be hired for the sole purpose of providing security, two of which will be responsible at the location of the entrance to check identification. d) Rosa's at Tower Park will notify the Sheriff's Office a minimum of 10 days prior to any Live Entertainment including but not limited to D.J., Band, Dancing, or Competitions such as "bikini contests." e) Rosa's at Tower Park shall notify the Sheriff's Office at a minimum of 60 days prior to any events where the anticipated attendance is greater than 500 people. The San Joaquin County Sheriffs Office shall review each event and determine if additional security and or Law Enforcement staffing is required. f) During events with an anticipated attendance of greater 500 people, which are determined by the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office to require Law Enforcement staffing, Rosa's at Tower Park shall contract with a Law Enforcement agency of their choice to provide security for the event. Rosa's at Tower Park shall provide a copy of the Law Enforcement and or AMR contract to the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office at least 15 days prior to the scheduled event. g) Rosa's at Tower Park shall designate an area of their dock, for Sheriff's boat use only. This area shall be kept clear during any live entertainment event as described above. Temporary loading and unloading of goods and equipment is permitted. h) Rosa's at Tower Park shall comply with all regulations of the Entertainment Permit. i) Rosa's at Tower Park shall ensure all persons on the premises, including but not limited to any performers, employees and patrons, comply with Development Title Section 9-1085.16 regarding Attire. j) Rosa's at Tower Park shall supply the name and contact numbers for security/management personnel. k) Additionally if outside deck/patio area is used and alcohol being served or consumed then a uniformed security guard shall be required for each entrance & exit of the outside deck/patio area to check for identification. 1) A recorded video system shall be installed and working for the deck/patio area This system shall be accessible to Law Enforcement during standard business hours 3.
