ON NOVEMBER 23, 1999, or as soon as the <br /> matter can be heard thereafter, THE SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, IN <br /> THE CHAMBERS OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, on the Seventh Floor of the <br /> Courthouse, 222 East Weber Avenue, Stockton,. California, will hold a public hearing and <br /> receive oral and written statements regarding the following application and its environmental <br /> determination: <br /> E? <br /> E� <br /> PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING USE PERMIT TIME EXTENSION APPLICATION NO. <br /> UP-98-9 OF FRANK SR., AND HELEN ALEGRE CIO MIKE HAKEEM A time extension <br /> request for an approved Use Permit to establish heavy equipment repair at the existing truck <br /> terminal and to add wholesaling of construction materials. Located on the south side of State <br /> Route 12, 1,644 feet west of Ray Road, west of Lodi (5100 W. State Route 12 Highway, Lodi) <br /> (Fourth Supervisorial District). Environmental Determination: An Initial Study indicates that <br /> this project will not have a significant effect on the environment, and a Negative Declaration <br /> has been posted. <br /> All persons interested in this matter are invited to be present and submit written and/or oral <br /> statements regarding the project or the environmental determination at this hearing. If you <br /> challenge the nature of the proposed-action in court, you may be limited to raising only those <br /> issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written <br /> correspondence delivered to the Planning Divlion at, or prior to, the public hearing.
