Located on the south side of State <br /> Route 12, 1,644 feet west of Ray Road, west of Lodi (5100 W. State Route 12 Highway, Lodi) <br /> (Fourth Supervisorial District). Environmental Determination: An Initial Study indicates that <br /> this project will not have a significant effect on the environment, and a Negative Declaration <br /> has been posted. <br /> All persons interested in this matter are invited to be present and submit written and/or oral <br /> statements regarding the project or the environmental determination at this hearing.
