Items stored within 100 feet of a dedicated street or <br /> residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two feet above the adjacent <br /> screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> (2) All loose materials shall be contained in bins. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 505.6[d]) <br /> (3) Truck parts or inoperable trucks that are stored on the property of the truck <br /> terminal must be directly related to the operation of the truck terminal and shall <br /> be contained within a specified area that is fenced to provide an effective visual <br /> barrier. (Development Title Section 9-505.6[e]) <br /> (4) Any construction materials and all equipment used for the transfer and/or <br /> storage or construction materials shall be contained in a specified area that is <br /> fenced to provide an effective visual barrier.
