When the Flacr City Subdivision has developed or has the approval of the County to develop a total of ten acres the developer shall be rectuired to design and construct a 10 , 000-gallon water Stora e tank for Countv Service Area No. 31. The developer shall Provide securities for the design and construction of a 10 000_-_allon water storage tank to serve the project prior to issuance of any building permits and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. The developer shah provide an easement to the County for the 10 , 000-gallon water storage tank site. j . The project shall be served by a public sanitary sewer collection system that is connected to the sanitary sewer system of County Service Area No. 31 and shall be constructed in conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (Environmental Health Division) and the Department of Public Works.
