State Route <br /> 12, Lodi) <br /> ACTION: On March 19, 1996, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> SA-96-2 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $275.00, <br /> The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on March 29, 1996. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, <br /> the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 <br /> months (by September 28, 1997).
