Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1105.2(b) <br /> 2. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> 3. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by Section 9- <br /> 1120.2 of the San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> 4. Destruction of the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> 5. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 6. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator <br /> and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The <br /> material collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for <br /> hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Division.
