COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> UP-91-3 <br /> a . The frontage improvements for DeBroggi Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with standards for one-half of an <br /> 84-foot right-of-way commercial street on the west side and <br /> for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way commercial street with <br /> asphalt concrete dike in place of curb, gutter , and sidewalk <br /> on the east side . DeBroggi Road shall be realigned to <br /> eliminate the curve and provide a "T" intersection . <br /> 5 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> 6 . The Horse Trail Way shall be constructed in conformance with <br /> standards for a 60-foot right-of-way commercial street from <br /> the west property line to DeBroggi Road and shall conform <br /> to the alignment shown on the approved Saddle City <br /> Subdivision ( SU-87-17 ) . <br /> 7 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee Wil '_ be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application . The fee shall be automatic=ally adjusted annually by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) <br /> S . Improvements , restrictions , and permits shah be as required <br /> by Caltrans for State Highway Route 12 . <br /> 9 .
