Halloum AF'Lq 055-160-20 <br /> INFORMATIODI : <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area . <br /> De3roggi Road has an exis•tin, right-of-way width of 60 feet , and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet . (DeBroggi Road is not a <br /> County right-of-way , but is owned by Caltrans . ) <br /> State Highway Route 12 has an e inti.n+g right-of-way width of 220 <br /> feet , and a planned right-of-way width of 220 feet . <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS : <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan , prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer , <br /> showing drainage , driveway access details , on-site parking , <br /> existing and proposed utility services , and grading , shall be <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval . <br /> 2 . Dedication to result in a 42-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of DeBroggi Road to the property line shall be <br /> required along the frontage of APN 055- 160-20 . <br /> 3 .
