At the same time, a qualified archaeologist shall be contacted to <br /> evaluate the finds. If human burials are found to be of Native American origin, steps shall <br /> be taken pursuant to Appendix K of the California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> g. All development shall comply with the 'Trees' chapter of the Development Title. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1505) <br /> h. A Note shall be placed on the Parcel Map, and a Notice of Minor Subdivision Restriction <br /> shall be recorded concurrently with the Parcel Map, to the effect that the property shown <br /> on the Parcel Map is restricted from further subdivision, for homesite purposes, by <br /> Section 9-610.3 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> b. The remainder shall be designated as 'Designated Remainder• on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) <br /> C. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> f. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the <br /> Parcel Map. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 9. Improvements, restrictions, and permits shall be as required by Caltrans for access to <br /> State Route 12. (Development Title Section 9-860.4) <br /> h. Approval to cross the railroad right-of-way for the new parcels shall be required from the <br /> Southern Pack Railroad Company. Approval or document reference shall be noted on <br /> the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-860.4) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study, as required by Development Title Section 9-1105.2(d), which <br /> indicates that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map.
