Highway 26 <br /> Linden, CA 95236 <br /> Dear Mr. & Mrs. Grupe: <br /> Re: Revised Public Works Conditions for Minor Subdivision Application No. 148- <br /> 97-17 of Karl & Francis Grupe (c/o Wong Engineers) (APN: 105-020-04, 05; <br /> 14404 E. Highway 26, Linden) <br /> ACTION: On November 3, 1997, the San Joaquin County Public Works Department <br /> revised its Conditions of Approval for MS-97-17. The Revised Conditions of <br /> Approval are enclosed. The appeal period and expiration date remain the same. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any <br /> interested party. Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of <br /> the action with an appeal fee of $275.00. The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 <br /> p.m. on November 6, 1997. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal <br /> period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval <br /> within the next 36 months (by November 5, 2000) . If you have not complied with <br /> the Conditions of Approval by that date, the approved tentative map will expire, <br /> and the project cannot proceed. <br /> NEXT STEP: Please be advised that it is your responsibility to fulfill all <br /> Conditions of Approval and to file a Parcel Map with the County Surveyor prior to <br /> the tentative map expiration date.
