(1) A minimum 10-foot-wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way, <br /> shall be installed across the frontage of the project site_ <br /> (2) Areas of the property that are not part of the project shall be ban7caded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9»1020) <br /> f. UNIFORM BUILDING CODE: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be. applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed use will change the occupancy from an "S" occupancy to a "B" or <br /> "M" occupancy (UBC Section 3405). The structure must be brought into <br /> compliance with all current code provisions, including structural, plumbing, <br /> mechanical, electrical, energy, and disabled access requirements. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (CCR, <br /> Title 24) <br /> g. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: At the time of submittal for a permit for the warehouse, <br /> provide information regarding hazardous materials, in accordance with UBC Section <br /> 307.11.5. <br /> 2.
