State Highway Route 26 has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet <br /> and a planned right-of-way width as required by Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application. (The fee currently is $700.00 per <br /> 1, 000 gross square foot of building as Manufacturing or $143 .38 <br /> j per additional daily trip-end generated in the Linden area.
