Parking <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-96-84 for Orlando's Market/gas station required a <br /> minimum of 53 parking spaces. The construction of a 2270 square foot restaurant (Use <br /> Type: Eating Establishments-Convenience) will require an additional 15 spaces. <br /> (Development Title Table 9-1015.3[b]) The proposed project will remove 26 existing <br /> parking spaces and add 55 spaces, for a total of 82 spaces on site. The proposed <br /> number of parking spaces appears to be adequate for the combination of uses. <br /> Access <br /> Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way <br /> aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, expect that in no case shall driveways <br /> designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide). (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5(h)[1]) <br /> Site Plan <br /> The parcel containing the retention pond is not shown on the site plan. If a full <br /> application is submitted, all property lines must be shown on the site plan in their <br /> entirety. <br /> NOTE: The pre-application conference is designed to inform prospective applicants of <br /> General Plan consistency, zoning consistency, public improvement requirements, <br /> preliminary design constraints and opportunities, and major environmental and safety <br /> issues.
