Hwy 26, Linden, CA <br /> Randy Owens <br /> Sam Fonzi <br /> Dear Sir, <br /> General Manager The Linden County Water District has indicated it's willingness to extend water and sewer <br /> Teresa Tanaka service to that certain parcel of property currently annexed into the District, more specifically <br /> described as Assessor's Parcel No. 091-270-34,owned by Golden Point HIE LLC. <br /> This Will Serve commitment is effective from the date of this letter and will be null and void <br /> if the following stipulations are not met: <br /> 1) Half of the connection fee charges must be paid within 180 days of this letter. <br /> 2) Balance of the connection fees are due either at the end of a two year period from <br /> the original date of the Will Serve letter or at time of connection, whichever occurs <br /> first. <br /> 3) The District requests three (3) sets of plans.
