Rick Griffin -2- <br /> Community Development Department <br /> PA-1400068 (SA) <br /> 3. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time <br /> of payment. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County Development <br /> Standards. Retention basins shall be fenced with six(6)foot high chain link fence or equal when the maximum <br /> design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin capacity shall be calculated and submitted along <br /> with a drainage plan for review and approval, prior to release of building permit. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1135) <br /> 6. The proposed project disturbs less than one(1)acre of ground and is not part of a larger plan of common <br /> development. The construction phase of the proposed project shall follow best management practices as may <br /> be appropriate to minimize the discharge and transport of pollutants. (Title 5-Health and Sanitation, Division <br /> 10-Storm Water Management and Discharge Control) <br /> 7. The applicant shall comply with the State Water Resources Control Board General Order No. 97-03-DWQ, <br /> "General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Industrial Activities Excluding Construction <br /> Activities". The WDID for the Industrial General Permit issued by SWRCB shall be submitted to Public <br /> Works. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building Division of the <br /> Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building permit. Contact the Solid Waste <br /> Division (468-3066)for information. <br /> (ii.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito&Vector Control District(209- <br /> 982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes.
