Phase 1, includes the construction of an 8,550 square-foot addition to <br /> an existing paint building. Phase 2,with building permits to be issued within three years, includes <br /> the construction of a 10,000 square-foot warehouse building. Phase 3,with building permits to be <br /> issued within five years,includes the construction of a 10,000 square-foot warehouse building. The <br /> site is located on the south side of State Route 26, at the terminus of Wall Road,Linden. <br /> (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Richard Joaquin APPLICANT: Roland Construction <br /> ADDRESS: 19968 E. State Route 26 Highway,Linden APN: 105-270-04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Route 26 has an existing right-of-way width of 130 feet and a planned right-of-way width as per Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this application. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 2. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this <br /> application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application.
