Soil suitability studies are required to determine if a <br /> septic system will be suitable. <br /> 7. The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements will not conflict with easements, <br /> acquired by the public at large, for access through or use of property within the proposed <br /> subdivision. <br /> • This Finding can be made because there are no easements on this project that have <br /> been acquired by the public at large. <br /> 8. Any land or improvements to be dedicated to the County are consistent with the General Plan. <br /> • This Finding can be made because all land or Improvements to be dedicated will meet <br /> County requirements. A 25-foot-wide Irrevocable Offer of Dedication will be made <br /> along the easterly property line of Parcels 1 and 2. The private drive will also have <br /> to be Improved to meet fire department standards. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The applicant is proposing to subdivide a 10-acre family-member homesite parcel from a 28.86-acre parcel <br /> to finance a dwelling for the owner's daughter and son-in-law. <br />
