Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway <br /> shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code Section 10 .207, San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb and F-lc and <br /> the East Side Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145 . 5 and 9-1150 . 15) <br /> 5 . Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a <br /> statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411 . 1) <br /> 6 . The development is subject to assessments under Improvement District <br /> No. 51 . The subdivider shall initiate processing of Segregation of <br /> Services . Currently, the fee for processing the Segregation is $250 . 00 <br /> Plus $15 . 00 per lot, per Development Title Section 9-240 . 2 and Resolution <br /> R-91-327 . It appears that this parcel may have been incorrectly placed <br /> within the Improvement District boundary.
