Soil Suitability Study <br /> SKOBRAK PROPERTY <br /> 9947 East Highway 26, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> On behalf of Mr. Charles Skobrak, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared the <br /> enclosed Soil Suitability Study for the property located at 9947 East Highway 26, Stockton, <br /> California (subject property). The purpose of this study is to document a soil percolation test and <br /> provide local septic use research at the subject property as required by San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD) letter. <br /> 1.1. DESCRIPTION OF SITE <br /> The location of the subject property,surrounding properties and general setting is illustrated on the <br /> East Stockton topographic map,photo-revised in 1978(7.5 Minute United States Geological Survey <br /> (USGS) Topographic Series, Califomia)(Figure 1). The map shows the subject property located at <br /> an elevation of approximately 15 feet above mean sea level in an area of low topographic relief.The <br /> regional slope of the area is relatively gentle and dips toward the west. <br /> The property is situated on the north side of East State Route 26, and consists of a 40-acre parcel <br /> identified as San Joaquin County Assessor Parcel Number(APN) 089-100-09. The current use of <br /> the property is for agriculture (walnut orchards) with a horse ranch and residential property. The <br /> existing structures located on-site include two residential homes(main and small),garage,swimming <br /> pool, storage sheds, barns, horse corral and other ranch/agricultural buildings. The property is <br /> serviced by two wells: a domestic water supply well located to the west of the residential building (/• <br /> and an agriculture water supply well located on the east central portion of the site near the horse <br /> facilities. <br /> 1.2. DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The future plans for the property include the proposed parcel split of a five-acre portion of the site <br /> located in the southeast corner as depicted in the tentative parcel map provided in Appendix A.The (1.3(/.,P> <br /> proposed parcel split has been recorded with the San Joaquin County Community Development <br /> Department(SJCCDD). <br /> 1.3.
